Sold - Cooperative, Residential
MVM began marketing on The Fox-Leggett Cooperatives, also known as The General Colin Powell Cooperatives, in 2010. The project consisted of 41 (forty-one) units comprised of studio, one, two, & three bedroom units within the Longwood section of the Bronx.
Each coop offered modern kitchens, wood floors, energy efficient appliances, central AC & heating, private terraces as well as washer & dryer double-decker units in each coop. The building was also highlighted as offering the “first” ever rooftop garden in the South Bronx, a community room, and limited parking.
Each purchaser benefited from generous city & state subsidies and tax abatements which made The Fox Leggett Cooperatives very affordable to all.
